About The Position
We're looking for passionate, skilled, and energetic Food Runners to join our team! As a Runner, your primary focus will be delivering food to the guests. Additionally, you will provide support to the front-of-house operations as needed, such as clearing and resetting tables and assisting with other tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction. Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed
Responsibilities
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are delivered promptly to the correct tables.
- Confirm accuracy and presentation of food orders before serving guests.
- Communicate special requests or modifications to the kitchen team.
- Responsible for Food/Menu knowledge
- Assist servers and bussers with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Keep your workstation clean and organized.
- Complete daily side work as assigned by management.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
