About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced casual environment. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a high end fast paced environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed

Responsibilities

• Restock and replenish bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and supplies before, during, and after shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of trash.
• Assist bartenders with garnishes, syrups, cocktail batch preparations, and delivering drinks efficiently.
• Handle deliveries, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper rotation and storage of supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
• Actively participate in team communication, training sessions, and meetings.
