About The Position

The Food Runner position primarily assists Bartenders and Servers by delivering food from the kitchen to Guests. When not running food, the role involves providing essential support to ensure fast, friendly, and accommodating service.

Must be friendly and able to smile a lot
Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team members

Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assists Bartenders and Servers by running food from the kitchen out to our Guests
Provide the necessary support to ensure fast, friendly and accommodating service when not running food
Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
Takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action
Creates a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members
Adheres to company’s sanitation procedures
Restocks and prepares supplies for shift change and or close
Ensures food is properly garnished prior to running out to Guests
Follows all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure food is delivered timely or correctly
Delivers food to tables and ensures the Guests have everything they need
Offers assistance to Guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages
Assists other Team members as needed or when business needs dictate
