About The Position
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and service‑oriented Pool Server to provide exceptional food and beverage service in our outdoor pool area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outside, engaging with guests, and creating a fun, relaxing resort‑style experience. The ideal candidate is attentive, upbeat, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment while maintaining HVMG’s high service standards.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence by showing a warm smile, friendly personality, and positive attitude.
- A combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming and attentive face of the hotel’s outdoor pool area
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- Provide excellent guest service in a lively, outdoor setting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside service areas
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a relaxing, enjoyable pool experience
- Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams
