About The Position

Join the Marcus Theatres Service Team and learn how they have redefined food and beverage at the movies. As a Food Runner, you will be part of a team that connects, grows, and has fun together. The role involves providing an excellent guest dining experience by supporting staff and improving the dining experience for customers. You will relay important information between management, kitchen staff, servers, and customers. During busy hours, you will assist servers with any necessary tasks to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Marcus Theatres strives to create Magical Movie Memories for guests, and as a Food Runner in their food & beverage locations, you will become a part of their family.

Requirements

Enthusiastic
Able to support staff and improve the dining experience for customers
Expected to relay important information between management, kitchen staff and servers, as well as customers and servers

Responsibilities

Set up all garnishes for dishes
Assemble trays
Stock bread
Polish silverware
Responsible for set-up and break-down of station at the beginning and end of shift
Assist with special guest requests to ensure total guest satisfaction
Communicate with servers and kitchen associates to ensure total guest satisfaction
Serve food to tables if needed
Assist with bussing duties if needed
Remove all dirty dishes from kitchen and/or server areas
Maintain standard of plate presentation
Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area
Perform other duties as assigned
