Requirements
- High School/GED
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Food Safety certification
Nice To Haves
- Food Runner experience
- Hotel/hospitality industry experience
Responsibilities
- Transport food items to and from the kitchen.
- Assist kitchen staff, bartenders and marketplace attendants in maintaining cleanliness of work area.
- Bus tables, take out trash and assist with dish washing.
- Putting up food stock and dry goods according to established standards.
- Replenish ice and maintain time and temperature sanitation standards.
- Check, maintain and control inventory of food items.
- Display professional image at all times through appearance and conduct. Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this role, being available to work on a regular basis.
