Responsibilities

Take and deliver food and drink orders to pool guests.
Stock pool towels and ensure the area is well-maintained.
Stock towels in the gym.
Clean the pool deck and surrounding areas, including removing trash and en- suring cleanliness.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Communicate any pool violations to security personnel.
Assist with setting up and breaking down poolside events or activities.
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and answer questions.
Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with pool rules.
