Our Food Runners / Expos are the key link between the kitchen and the dining room—making sure every plate is hot, accurate, and beautifully presented before it reaches the guest. If you’re quick on your feet, detail-oriented, and love being part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills—you’re the bridge between kitchen and FOH
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timing
• Reliable, upbeat, and ready to help wherever needed
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a food runner or expo is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person

Responsibilities

• Run food and drinks from the kitchen to guests promptly and with a smile
• Double-check orders for accuracy, presentation, and quality before they leave the line
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to keep service flowing smoothly
• Keep expo and food runner stations clean, organized, and stocked
• Assist with light bussing, restocking, and other tasks to support the team
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
