The QC Supervisor is responsible for managing laboratory(s) staff ensuring lab coverage/operations, maintenance/update of all lab procedures, technician(s) method to standard, collaborative testing, lab equipment and calibration. Responsible for representing quality in the day-to-day quality issues that are present in receiving, batching (WIP & FP), processing and packaging of finished goods. Ownership of the initial phase of the RCA [process(5W1H). Attend daily meetings and become integrated into the factory’s Supply Chain operations as a Quality representative. Provide factory technical support, troubleshoot any product non-compliant issues, and manage the daily release of finished goods. Other quality related responsibilities will be required based on the factory needs and resources available. This position will also provide R&D support for new product innovation, plant trials and in-house technical support. Safety.
