About The Position

The Food Production Worker assists in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food products in the Farmhouse Kitchen. This role supports daily production operations by following recipes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring adherence to food safety procedures. The Food Production Worker works as part of a team to ensure production goals are met and customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and recipes accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Previous food production, kitchen, or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of food safety practices preferred.
• Morning availability required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food products according to established recipes and production procedures.
• Measure, mix, cook, portion, and package products as directed.
• Assist with daily food production tasks to meet order and inventory requirements.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure all work areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
• Label and store products correctly to ensure freshness and traceability.
• Assist with order preparation, fulfillment, and packaging for delivery or retail distribution.
• Monitor product quality and notify the Food Production Manager of any concerns.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as stocking ingredients and rotating products.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to maintain an efficient workflow.
