Key Responsibilities as a Food Production Supervisor for dnata Catering, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and high-quality production of food items for airline passengers. Your main role will be to manage and lead a team of production staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, in executing food preparation, cooking, and packaging processes. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure that all meals are prepared according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the highest levels of food safety and hygiene, strictly following industry regulations and guidelines. Your expertise in production planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations will be essential in optimizing workflow, reducing waste, and maximizing productivity. You will also collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of ingredients and materials necessary for production. As a Food Production Manager, your strong organizational and problem-solving skills will be crucial in addressing any operational challenges and ensuring smooth operations.
