About The Position

We’re hiring a hands-on, experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our high-volume food manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in supervising production teams who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and enjoys being active on the plant floor. We have two positions available: First Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Rotational Shift | This position flexes with our seasonal business. You can expect to work second shift (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM) during our build season (Sept. to March) and work first shift during our growth season (March to Sept.). Why EW Grobbel? Requirements

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting (required)
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on motivating, guiding, and developing a team
  • Experience working with safety, quality, and compliance systems in food manufacturing
  • A proactive, reliable leader who prefers to be present and engaged on the production floor
  • Effective communicator and collaborator who can work cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Human Resources.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of 20+ employees in a dynamic, high-volume production environment
  • Communicate goals clearly and keep the team focused on safety, quality, and productivity
  • Coach, train, and develop your team—building accountability, consistency, and engagement
  • Identify production challenges and implement smart, practical solutions in real time
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory guidelines
  • Promote a safe, respectful workplace and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Maintain accurate production records and collaborate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly
