About The Position

Sodexo is hiring a Food Production Manager 3 for Adventist Health Castle in Kailua, Hawaii. This hands‑on leader will oversee daily food production, ensure quality and safety standards, and support a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent service to patients, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

• Experience managing food production in healthcare, hospitality, or similar settings.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
• Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor the food production team to ensure consistent quality.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, production schedules, and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost‑efficient production processes.
