What You'll Do The Production Manager will come with an energetic and results-driven personality, be a self-starter who can run with things with little direction, and have a proven ability to maintain organization and safety in a high-volume kitchen. This position will be responsible for tray line and retail production as well as direct oversight of frontline associates.
