This position is responsible for preparing food service stations for service, serving food, assembling trays, and trash removal. Ensures that meals/trays prepared match menu selections for patient –Accuracy of selection is a critical competency. The position is also responsible for stocking clean dishes, transport of soiled dishes, pots, pans, and utensils; cleaning and sanitation of carts, and work area.
