Food Plant Operators play a key role in producing and packaging quality food items for convenience store customers. This position involves transforming raw ingredients into finished products by operating equipment, assembling items, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Operators are expected to follow recipes, written procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while working efficiently, accurately, and as part of a team. The role also includes performing sanitation duties and supporting other production areas as needed to ensure smooth, consistent operations throughout the food plant.
