The Food Operations Manager supports both culinary production and retail cafeteria dining operations within an acute‑care facility. This role works closely with the Executive Chef and Senior Director to ensure smooth daily operations, high‑quality food production, and excellent customer service across our retail café (open daily, 6 AM–2 PM) and weekday coffee shop (7 AM–4 PM). The position also provides oversight for storeroom functions and assists with culinary tasks as needed. The ideal candidate brings a blend of culinary experience, operational leadership, and strong technical skills to manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and foodservice software systems in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
