The Food Operations Manager 2 position is located at Fairview Southdale in Edina, MN and Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN . This leader will be responsible for a dynamic group of employees supporting Retail (café dining) and patient food service. Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Requirements

have a background in food service or culinary management
proven ability to mentor, train, and coach frontline employees
can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
have exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
