Sodexo Campus Segment is seeking a hands-on Food Operations Manager 1 to support our dining services team at Paul Smith's College located in Paul Smiths, NY . This vibrant, smaller campus dining account serves approximately 500 student boarders and offers resident dining, retail, conferencing, and catering services. Paul Smith’s College is a private, four-year institution with approximately 750 students in undergraduate and graduate programs. Known as the “College of the Adirondacks,” it is the only baccalaureate-granting institution located within the six-million-acre, world-famous, “forever-wild” Adirondacks in New York’s North Country. Reporting to the General Manager, the Food Operations Manager will help oversee a dedicated and talented team, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and a strong culinary guest experience. The ideal candidate will lead front-of-house operations while partnering closely with the culinary team, driving service standards, supporting staff development, maintaining Sodexo programs and systems, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure a high-quality campus dining experience.
