The position directs the operations of a comprehensive food service program for the Academy for Staff Development's Central Campus. This position manages the staff and offenders in food preparation and food service facility sanitation to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, security regulations, and all applicable policies and procedures. This position ethically leads assigned personnel, providing guidance and coaching to enhance the training experience for the target audiences.
