Soth Roanoke Nursing Home is currently recruiting for a Food & Nutrition Manager. The Food & Nutrition Manager is responsible for supporting the planning and directing of the Food & Nutrition Services Department. They participate in the total plan of care for residents; enhance productivity, ensure compliance; undertake staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating etc.), assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses, assist with staff scheduling, and perform other duties as requested by the Director of Food & Nutrition.
