About the Program: Cargill's Food North America Manufacturing and Supply Chain Rotational Program is designed to develop future leaders in supply chain and manufacturing. This two-year program offers two distinct tracks: Hybrid Track: Spend Year 1 in a Protein production facility, gaining hands-on experience in operations such as shipping/receiving, warehouse management, food safety, and engineering. Transition to Year 2 in a corporate supply chain role in Wichita, KS, contributing to planning, analytics, customer replenishment, and more. Supply Chain-Only Track: Spend two years in supply chain roles based in corporate settings (Wichita, KS or Minneapolis, MN), rotating through areas such as demand planning, scheduling, inventory management, and raw material procurement. Plant Operations Environment: This role allows the associate to learn about the business by performing critical tasks within the production environment in our protein processing facilities. This generally requires a moderate amount of physical exertion on a regular basis. The work may also involve other conditions or exposures (i.e., heat, cold, wet environments, etc.). This role may require shifts including 2nd and 3rd shift and weekend hours during the operations rotation Potential Business Area: Beef Processing, Poultry Processing, Egg Processing, or Cooked Further Processing Supply Chain Environment: The year spent in a Supply Chain role is a training opportunity that will give the associate exposure to the many different areas of Cargill's sophisticated Supply Chain. This rotation will provide hands-on exposure and ownership within one of our Supply Chain roles and opportunities to shadow and gain exposure across other teams. During this rotation, associates will tackle real challenges, cultivate curiosity, have client exposure, enjoy both personal and team accomplishments, and have their innovations acknowledged along the way. Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited program in supply chain, procurement, finance, statistics, engineering, MIS, or other related business field, graduating between May 2025 and May 2026
  • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
  • Candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate to a plant location, Minneapolis, MN, or Wichita, KS
  • Proven ability to work optimally with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures
  • Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance
  • Ability to contribute, both as part of a team and individually
  • Strong communication skills - written and oral
