Requirements

3 years of experience in maintenance of food equipment
Knowledge and experience working on Grocery Store Deli, Bakery, and Meat Room Food Prep and Cooking Equipment, such as: Deli Equipment-fryers, rotisseries, convection ovens, hot display cases, slicers, dish washing machines Bakery Equipment- ovens, proofers, mixers Meat Room Equipment- band saws, meat slicers, meat grinders, tenderizers
Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Nice To Haves

Have previous experience in food equipment maintenance (including Grocery Store Deli, Bakery, and Meat Room food prep and cooking equipment)

Responsibilities

Perform repairs on commercial food equipment or fixtures
Complete routine maintenance to ensure safety and proper functionality
Manage work orders and routine maintenance schedules by completing and providing required written and electronic information (for example, expense vouchers, weekly summaries, work orders, maintenance logs, etc.)
