Requirements

You have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in the retail, hospitality, non-profit, operations, or government sector, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
You have at least three years of supervisory experience, resulting in strong demonstrated leadership, administrative, and management skills.
You have proven experience building a program and leading with a strategic mindset.
You are proficient with database software, supply chain software, and Microsoft applications.
You have strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills,
You exhibit a high-level of decision-making, showing sound and accurate judgment and making timely decisions.
You have the ability to effectively delegate by assigning work, giving authority to work independently, setting expectations, and holding direct reports accountable.
You have superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage staff and other stakeholders.
You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively.
You demonstrate a personal relationship with Jesus Chris and a commitment to living out a Christ-centered lifestyle consistent with PRM's Statement of Faith.
You have the ability to integrate biblical principles in leadership, staff interactions, and client support.
You must meet and maintain the requirements to become an approved driver.

Responsibilities

You will manage the food distribution program, including operations at the Hope for Hunger Food Bank and other distribution activities.
You will directly manage Food Distribution staff, including providing training and development, onboarding new staff, monitoring performance, and promoting a positive culture.
You will manage the food bank operations, ensuring safe and efficient flow of clients and food distribution and ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
You will order and manage food inventory for all food distribution activities.
You will resolve escalated client and volunteer issues.
You will partner with the Volunteer Engagement team to determine volunteer needs and ensure that volunteers are receiving appropriate training and management and have an excellent experience.
You will demonstrate compliance with Mission and partner requirements.
You will manage the proper updating of databases and provide timely and accurate reporting.
You will engage in discipleship by planting seeds and modeling Christ's love to clients and providing faith resources as requested.
You will demonstrate understanding and comply with all relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements, company policies and procedures, and the Code of Ethical Conduct.
You will follow the Mission's Statement of Faith and lifestyle and adhere to the Mission's employee policy manual and guidelines set forth by the CEO.
You will foster a climate consistent with the Mission's core values.
