The Food & Beverage Team Member is responsible for assisting with our food & beverage areas to provide quality service as well as consistent food and beverage products.

Requirements

Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
Must have current food handler certification or willing to obtain
Must have an American Red Cross Lay Responder CPR certification or willing to obtain
Prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer
Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
1+ years of customer service experience with general public preferred
1+ years of experience in food service environment
Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
Will be required to stand for extended periods of time
Able to enter information on computers
Must comply with safety and health code standards
Good personal hygiene
Facility has intermittent noise
Must wear proper uniform

Responsibilities

Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service
Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine
Perform basic mathematical computations
Balance drawer and manage daily income
Communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner
Clean concession areas and tables; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers
Pick up in and around concession areas
Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas, and place them in designated areas
Alert management immediately for the following incidences: suspicious acting persons, adults with no children, etc.
Alert management immediately regarding mistake or adjustment to the cash drawer
Additional duties assigned by management
Stock and unload food & beverage areas
Additional duties as assigned by supervisors and/or management
