About The Position

Rockwood Marina & RV Resort is a scenic waterfront destination on Watts Bar Lake, offering boating, camping, dining, and relaxation for guests throughout the season. We pride ourselves on delivering a welcoming, fun, and high-quality experience for every visitor. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage Team Members to join our seasonal staff. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and want to be part of a lively marina atmosphere.

Requirements

• Must pass background check
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service or customer service experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with safety standards
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
