Requirements

One year of customer service experience preferred
Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
Food Handler's Card preferred
Must be age 16 or older

Responsibilities

Directly align with the BCCR Mission Statement and Core Values
Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer
Operate the POS software efficiently & effectively
Communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
Accurately take customer Food & Beverage orders
Work with large groups of people in a fast-paced environment
Clean dining and concession areas; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers
Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas and place them in designated areas when needed
Take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature control in the transportation of food
May be asked to cook/prepare food items
Provide world-class customer service
Strive to create excellent Food & Beverage experiences for all guests
Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as assigned
