WHAT OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISORS DO Our Food and Beverage Supervisors oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead a team, manage inventory, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. A FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR’S DAY-TO-DAY Ensure execution of all food and beverage service programs, including ordering, planning, product handling, and display. Maintain cost of goods sold (COGS), waste, and misuse by following set systems and procedures. Implement service efficiencies, including FIFO (First In, First Out), cooking oil maintenance, and cleanliness. Support the F&B Manager in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment and facilities. Execute training, coaching, and performance management of food and beverage team members. Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and engaging team members to ensure a high-performing workforce. Provide clear direction and support to ensure adherence to company best practices and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with local Board of Health guidelines and cleanliness standards. Utilize company software for ordering, inventory management, timekeeping, and operational logs. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly checklists are utilized and completed. Monitor operations to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
