About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will be someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance. The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage management team, but primarily focusing on the Room Service operation. Responsibilities include; supervising the team, providing above and beyond service, handling guest complaints and being innovative with offerings and guest service. You will receive guest request and take action on guest needs, both expressed and unspoken. Intuition and articulation will be essential in successfully mastering the role.
Requirements
- Knowledge of MICROS preferred
- TABC & Food Handlers Certifications
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage
- Work authorization in the United States
