About The Position

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing daily operations across restaurant outlets and special events. Your role ensures high-quality service, team performance, and compliance with safety and service standards. You will be a visible leader on the floor, maintaining a guest-focused environment and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays
  • Proven experience in a supervisory/leadership role
  • Bartending experience
  • Kitchen/culinary experience
  • Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and general computer applications
  • Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members
  • Responsibility, reliability, and honesty
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisors

Responsibilities

  • Train and empower team members to deliver outstanding service
  • Fill various positions within the Food & Beverage department as needed (FOH and BOH)
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment that exceeds local inspection standards
  • Provide on-floor supervision during meal periods to ensure consistent service quality
  • Recognize and reward team member performance
  • Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in managing meetings and special events
  • Assist with inventory and ordering
  • Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely manner
  • Perform daily cash drops and complete end-of-day financial reports
  • Monitor and enforce proper cash handling procedures
  • Track team schedules and performance, reporting concerns as needed
  • Oversee service standards to ensure exceptional dining experiences
  • Ensure compliance with all SLED laws
  • Manage opening and closing procedures to company standards
  • Other duties as assigned
