About The Position

At LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester, we’re looking for an energetic and organized F&B Supervisor to help lead our café and bar operations — where every latte, pizza, and snack adds a little more joy to our guests’ day! This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being part of the action, supporting a team, and making sure every guest leaves with a happy tummy and a big smile!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred 🎓).
  • 2+ years of experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or attraction leadership.
  • A guest-obsessed mindset with strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and food safety best practices.
  • A natural team player who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and ever-changing environment.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays — because fun never takes a day off! 🎠

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing or supervising in a café, restaurant, or entertainment venue.
  • Valid Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to complete certification within 30 days).
  • A creative eye for presentation, layout, and guest flow.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Café & Bar Operations: Oversee daily food and beverage service — including hot options (like burgers and pizza), Starbucks® coffee, snacks, ice cream, and cold drinks.
  • Deliver Awesome Guest Service: Set the standard for a friendly, efficient, and engaging experience for every guest, every time.
  • Train & Empower Your Team: Lead by example, train hosts, and ensure everyone follows food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
  • Keep It Fresh: Manage stock, control waste, and order supplies to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Stay Safe & Clean: Maintain top-notch hygiene, recordkeeping, and temperature checks in line with Merlin Food Safety Standards.
  • Drive the Numbers: Help hit (and exceed!) sales goals, spend-per-head targets, and KPI metrics while keeping costs on track.
  • Think Ahead: Plan schedules, forecast staffing needs, and support operations across the attraction during Manager-on-Duty shifts.
