About The Position

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations within the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining quality standards, and supporting staff performance. This role bridges management and frontline staff to deliver a smooth and profitable dining experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma required; hospitality-related certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the hotel dining outlets, banquets and daily manager reception
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Train, schedule, and monitor performance of F&B staff
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and control costs
  • Support implementation of promotions, menus, and service procedures
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies and brand standards
  • Assist management with reporting, budgeting, and daily sales tracking
