Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1–3 years of experience in food & beverage service or a related field
  • A professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • A natural ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with warmth and helpfulness
  • A consistently caring and respectful approach to everyone you meet
  • Someone who takes pride in being a gracious host—whether welcoming guests, vendors, or future team members

Responsibilities

  • Ensure every guest receives a top-quality product that meets our high standards
  • Lead daily shift meetings to keep the team informed and energized
  • Help train new team members and set them up for success
  • Support management in motivating, coaching, and developing staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Assist with scheduling, labor control, and assigning tasks to team members
  • Report any team concerns to management to keep operations running smoothly
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and service throughout the dining room
  • Help with opening and closing duties, including dining room setup and walkthroughs
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and bar, and serve food and drinks with care
  • Take initiative to greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
