Requirements
- 1–2 years of food & beverage experience
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and people-leadership skills
- A love for hospitality and delivering standout guest service
- Ability to work in a 24/7 hotel environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts
Responsibilities
- Lead daily Restaurant & Bar operations with energy and confidence
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain a strong floor presence during key meal periods
- Ensure brand, quality, and guest satisfaction standards are consistently met
- Coordinate between kitchen and dining teams for smooth service flow
- Monitor inventory, manage labor levels, and support cost-control goals
- Conduct routine service and brand-standards audits
- Support emergency procedures and uphold all hotel policies
