CURRENT OPENINGS: Concessions Cashiers Cooks Dishwasher/Stewards Bartenders Cocktail Servers Servers Barbacks PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties will depend on position and will be communicated by POP leadership Be clean, neat and professionally dressed at all times Communicate effectively both orally and in writing Work independently or in a group environment Be consistently responsible, maintaining regular attendance and timely completion of assigned duties. Maintain professional interpersonal skills using tact, patience, courtesy and cooperative effective relationships with others and consistently display self-control, honesty with customers, guests and other staff.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Must be a phenomenal team player.
  • Must have impeccable integrity for the business, the community, and the Proof of the Pudding Team.
  • ServSafe Certified preferred.
  • 1+ Year of customer service preferred.
  • Attention to detail to ensure all ordered items are correct and following company policies, including health guidelines.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Punctual and consistent work ethic.
  • Effective communication skills with both team members and guests.
  • Availability to work the duration of special event.
  • Prolonged periods of moving through an event space, and traveling throughout temporary structures
  • Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items
  • Must be able to lift up-to 40 pounds at times.
  • Demonstrate comprehension of the job, including policies, practices, and relationships. Possess the expertise and skill levels required of the job and perform with quality.
  • Dependable, reliable and follows through on projects from inception to completion. Willing to put in as much time as necessary to complete tasks. Demonstrate a win-win attitude: “see it, own it, solve it.”
  • Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the company’s culture, values and beliefs while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
