About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Sand Bar Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sand bar, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that all food and beverage offerings are of the highest quality. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation as a premier destination for dining and entertainment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
• Experience with inventory management and cost control
• Experience with POS systems and other restaurant technology

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the sand bar, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling
• Ensure that all food and beverage offerings are of the highest quality and meet our guests' expectations
• Train and develop staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
