About The Position

The Hospitality Manager ensures exceptional guest experiences by leading a team of associates and overseeing daily operations. This role enforces grooming and safety standards, maintains inventory and cleanliness, and supports staffing and employee development. A hands-on leader, the Manager upholds company standards, fosters teamwork, and proactively addresses guest and operational needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality or supervisory roles preferred.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and safety protocols.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and extended standing or walking.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to company standards.
  • Ability to read and verify information across various formats.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise associates to deliver cohesive and high-quality guest service.
  • Ensure staff grooming and attire meet company standards.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleaning, and securing the premises.
  • Maintain organized and clean storage areas, ensuring FIFO compliance.
  • Conduct inventories and requisition supplies as needed.
  • Oversee dining room operations, ensuring guest safety, comfort, and seating efficiency.
  • Submit and follow up on maintenance work orders.
  • Support recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluation, and coaching of staff.
  • Enforce safety and company policies; report incidents and complete required certifications.
  • Uphold confidentiality and safeguard company assets.
  • Welcome and assist guests, including individuals with disabilities, in line with company standards.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment and support team goals.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, navigating stairs/ramps, and operating equipment.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
