About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the F&B Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest level of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring memorable experiences for members and guests.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises inventories of materials and supplies for all club F&B outlets.
  • Maintains par levels based on facility needs.
  • Maintains regular communication with Director of Food & Beverage to ensure operational objectives are being met.
  • Inspects facility regularly to ascertain any maintenance, repairs or clean-up needs.
  • Ensures all equipment is in proper working order.
  • Completes reports on production and necessary requisitions.
  • Controls the distribution of necessary supplies.
  • Ensures sanitation standards are consistently met.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Assures that effective orientation and training are given to each new associate by following the training guide.
  • Monitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in manpower, productivity, costs and other expenses.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
