As a core leader on the Food & Beverage team, the F&B Manager focuses heavily on back-of-house leadership while supporting the overall F&B operation by assisting in day-to-day oversight of F&B operations across all Loveland outlets, including the Basin and Valley Lodges, Ptarmigan Roost Café, outdoor BBQ, and summer banquet events. Key responsibilities include organizing and scheduling daily food prep and production based on demand; managing product ordering and inventory; training seasonal team members; and deploying staff efficiently across multiple locations, including back-of-house coordination during weddings, banquets, and other on-mountain events. The F&B Manager is hands-on in the kitchen, leads by example, and ensures high standards for food quality, safety, and consistency. This role also supports the guest experience by ensuring that every plate we serve reflects the warmth and hospitality Loveland is known for, especially for our loyal locals. You’ll work closely with staff to build a fun, motivated, safety-conscious team, and help uphold all health department and internal standards. Every employee is responsible for providing our guests and employees with a positive experience, with safety and fun as our top priorities. We're looking for a team-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and understands what mountain hospitality is all about: great food, strong teamwork, and a welcoming experience for every guest.
