About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Oversee food and beverage operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and procurement of supplies for all events held throughout the TCC complex. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, revenue generation and pricing strategies. Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review. Candidate must ensure POS system is maintained and being used for inventory control, accurate reporting and is being used to full potential. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards for food and beverage offerings and service. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as licensing requirements for food and alcohol service. Conduct regular inspections of food service areas. Collaborate with event planners and other departments to create customized food and beverage plans for various events, including concerts, sports games, and corporate functions. Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current trends, ensuring a diverse range of options to meet the needs of various clientele. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors to negotiate contracts and ensure quality and timely delivery of products Supervisory Responsibilities Manages employees in the Food & Beverage Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, vendors, clients, and guests. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service. Other Qualifications This position will work with limited supervision and will require the ability to interact with all levels of staff, including management. Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours to ensure event coverage.
