About The Position

Manage all F&B operations and deliver an excellent guest experience. Forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff, and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Manage all F&B day to day operations within the budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. Provide services that are above and beyond for member satisfaction and retention. Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed. Identify member needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns. Coordinate with the Executive Chef to design menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements. Lead the team in day of event management; execution and follow up. Set expectations and hold food and beverage team accountable for demonstrating desired service behaviors. Work with food and beverage team to determine areas of concern and develops strategies to improve the department’s financial performance. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Review and analyze financial results, reports, execute inventory control and calculation for monthly analysis and reconciliation. Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. Coach and support F&B team to effectively manage wages, F&B cost, and controllable expenses. Hire F&B team members who demonstrate strong functional expertise, creativity and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operation. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in F&B
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organized and able to prioritize tasks.
