About The Position

The Food & Beverage Manager provides full leadership and operational oversight for all F&B outlets, including the restaurant, bar, market, and seasonal poolside service. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance, maintaining compliance, and developing a strong, service-focused team. You will work closely with the VP/GM to ensure operational excellence across every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant or hotel F&B management experience.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, train, and hold teams accountable.
  • Financially savvy with experience managing budgets, labor, and cost of goods.
  • Deep knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and hands-on.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and builds strong relationships with guests and associates alike.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and daily supervision of bartenders, servers, server assistants, greeters, baristas, and seasonal staff.
  • Ensure all HR policies, safety practices, and employment standards are consistently followed.
  • Direct purchasing, receiving, and inventory control for food, beverage, and operating supplies.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and preventative maintenance across all outlets and equipment.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to service or food quality concerns, and solicit regular feedback.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and provide strong floor leadership during peak periods.
  • Partner with culinary and events teams to communicate special requests and last-minute changes.
  • Manage labor and cost controls while supporting F&B P&L performance and staying within budget.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and revenue-driving programs.
  • Stay informed on local competition and industry trends.
  • Step into any F&B role as needed to support the team and the guest experience.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the VP/GM.
