The Portland Regency Hotel & Spa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across our multiple dining venues, including Armory Lounge, Eighteen95, Room Service, Ironside Bar & Lounge, and Garden Café. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and financial performance. The ideal candidate will oversee front-of-house operations, manage and develop a team of 10–15 associates, ensure service and cleanliness standards are consistently met, and collaborate closely with culinary and hotel leadership.
