The Food & Beverage Manager at Marriott Orlando Downtown plays a pivotal role in overseeing banquet operations during all function times, ensuring smooth execution of events from start to finish. This position is responsible for managing administrative tasks related to banquets, including the creation, reconciliation, and posting of banquet checks. In addition to banquet management, the role also serves as the Outlets Manager and Starbucks Manager, with the flexibility to manage other Food & Beverage shifts and operations as needed when the hotel has no banquet functions.
