Cedarbrook Lodge is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead and oversee all dining, banquet, and beverage operations across the property. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands hotel food & beverage from a big-picture perspective — someone who leads through strong department heads, balances creativity with operational excellence, and enjoys being a visible, supportive leader The focus of this role is on leadership and operational oversight, working in close partnership with the Executive Chef as well as Banquet and Restaurant leaders to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience across all outlets.
