The Food and Beverage Associate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service in the food and beverage outlets of the resort. This role involves promptly addressing guest service needs, completing food orders and requests, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in all areas. The F&B Associate will ensure accurate and complete orders, offer suggestions to guests, assist in food preparation, and uphold the company's high quality standards and safety protocols, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent guest service as it pertains to the food and beverage outlets of resort
Promptly address guest service needs
Complete food orders and requests
Clean and stock all areas based on inventory control
Ensure orders are taken accurately and completely
Offer ideas and suggestions to guests when ordering
Ensure the packaged products are stocked
Maintain cleanliness of all food and beverage areas
Assist in preparation of food orders
Maintain the company’s expected high quality standards
Follow all safety protocols as dictated by company policy
Maintain Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards at all times
