WHAT OUR FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS/RUNNERS DO The Food and Beverage Attendant provides food and beverages to customer in an efficient and pleasant manner. A FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT/RUNNER’S DAY-TO-DAY Greet guests in a fun and inviting manner Take food and beverage orders; accepts payments and makes correct change. Provides food and beverages at the counter, in measured quantities and according to company standards. Accurately conduct POS transactions while ensuring all procedures are followed – including credit and refund transactions. Ensure all PCI and park guidelines are being followed for all financial transactions. Adhere to state, local, and company regulations and laws concerning the service of food and beverage products. Maintain compliance with company and industry with the best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for all colleagues and guests. All other duties assigned by leadership.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with California Child Labor Laws
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must have reliable transportation to and from your scheduled shift
Ability to comply with all uniform policies
Must possess safety-oriented mindset and understand the importance of complying with all state and local food preparation and serving regulations
Must possess exceptional customer services skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner
Ability to positively engage with guests to promote sales and customer satisfaction
Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently
Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for majority of the workday
Ability to occasionally stoop, twist, kneel, bed, squat, or reach above shoulders
Ability to withstand heat and humidity from food preparation equipment
Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 25 pounds or more
Food & Beverage Attendants possess a highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including respect for all individuals and solid communication skills.

Nice To Haves

HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
Proven success in school/previous job experience
Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
Food & Beverage attendants must be strong players.
