About The Position

Food and Beverage Attendants are responsible for positive guest interactions while taking orders, serving, and handling transactions in a friendly and efficient manner. This role also involves preparing guests' food and beverage orders, providing outstanding customer service, engaging in suggestive selling, assisting in inventory receiving and stocking, and performing cash-handling functions. Attendants must ensure the food and beverage area adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service, and perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to properly and safely operate equipment used.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with public, guests and staff members.
• Must be firm, fair, consistent and courteous in order to gain the respect and cooperation of the public.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with guests to take food and beverage orders.
• Prepares guests food and beverage orders.
• Provides outstanding customer service and engages in suggestive selling.
• Assists in inventory receiving and stocking.
• Performs cash-handling functions.
• Ensures the food and beverage area adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• All other duties as assigned.
