About The Position

Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associate II's are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program throughout the market. They are the human element and the friendly face that leads client-site execution on a daily basis; supporting the site’s product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management. This role will also be a peer mentor and possess the ability to move from one location to another with ease. This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. Crafty is looking for a F&B Associate II whose responsibilities will include: Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by owning clients’ office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed Customer Service: With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service Maintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget) Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty. This role supports multiple of our New York City clients Monday through Friday from 7am - 4pm by meeting the skill-based qualifications below:

  • Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the client site as needed

  • Peer coach; have mastered our operational best practices and equipment SOPs to the point that they can train their peers. Trained in executing a quality control check and providing constructive, actionable feedback
