About The Position

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Outlets Manager to help manage restaurant, bar, and room service operations. You will ensure service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all outlets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of F&B operations experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of F&B inventory management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and providing performance feedback.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistent food quality and manage food delivery processes.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all outlets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control, reducing waste and cost.
• Ensure that all service areas meet company standards for presentation, cleanliness, and customer care.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and execution of new menus, promotions, and special events to boost revenue.
